This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) which consists of Part I and Part II describes how we process your Personal Data, including collection, use, retention, disclosure and international transfer of your Personal Data.

I. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 (“PDPA”)

1. Part I of this Privacy Policy would be relevant to you when we process your Personal Data in Malaysia.

L. Changes to this Privacy Policy

16. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we deem necessary by placing an updated version on our Website with the date of the last update.

17. By continuing to visit our Website or continuing to communicate with us following the update to this Privacy Policy, you are accepting the changes to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consenting to our continued collection, use, retention and disclosure of your Personal Data.

M. Language of this Privacy Policy

18. This Privacy Policy is issued in both English and Malay languages. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Malay version which is available here, the English version will prevail.
